Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) has been supporting various organizations for Health, Awareness, Livelihood, Development, Humanitarian Response and Justice, including LHCB, an international NGO, in implementing the Sustainable Prpgrams for Health and Livelihood (SPHL) project concentrated on maternal and newborn health in southern part of Bangladesh especially in Dumki Patuakhali and its periphery.
