In honour of the former staff, a fellowship meeting followed by lunch was arranged at National Office, Dhaka on October 23, 2023 by the Executive Director of Lutheran Health Care Bangladesh (LHCB). Pius Serao who had served as Executive Director for more than 12 years shared his experiences and excitement working with LHCB. He offered thanks and gratitude to the LHCB’s Country level and International Board for offering him such a great opportunity to serve the organization as ED. Sagor Rozario who had served for more than 24 years in different capacities also shared his experiences and feelings working with the organization.  

Granar Marak, M.Phil (Government & Politics) who has been spearheading the organization as Country Representative offered special thanks and gratitude to the former staff for their outstanding contributions overcoming the challenges especially in Dumki where the organization operates a hospital for providing health care services to the poorest of the poor communities especially women and children. Among other guests of honour, Dr. Abul Azad, Chairman, Muktijuddho Academy Trust, a prominent writer, poet and also Deputy Registrar (LPR) of Jahangirnagar University was present. The event was also attended by other members of the Senior Management Team of the organization.
